Youth Transitions

TDN’s youth programs provide all youth the opportunity to develop positive peer to peer relationships, independent living skills, career exploration and connections to community resources. Our goal and mission is to challenge the negative stigma surrounding kids with disabilities and give them a community where they feel belonging and have the ability to thrive. Our youth are the future of the community and a part of the TDN family.

We offer a variety of workshops and peer support groups for children and teens in Genesee County. Contact Meg today to find out how to get connected! Email You can reach Meg at or at (810) 730-0248.
