Michigan’s federally designated Protection & Advocacy (P&A) organization. Provides legal advocacy and representation for people with disabilities on issues including ADA violations, abuse/neglect, education rights, housing, employment, and access to services.

Legal Services of Eastern Michigan
Free civil legal help for low-income residents, including housing, public benefits, family law, consumer issues, and elder law. Main legal aid provider in Flint & Genesee County.

Michigan Department of Civil Rights (MDCR)
Enforces Michigan civil rights laws, including disability discrimination in employment, housing, education, and public accommodations (often overlaps with ADA protections). Accepts and investigates complaints.
