Disability Rights and Responsibilities: Interacting with Law Enforcement
This virtual panel event is designed for people with disabilities, their
families, caregivers, and allies. Together, we’ll explore ways to
understand rights and responsibilities, reduce risk, and
strengthen understanding between the disability community
and law enforcement.

ADA and other protections - Communicating with officers
- Recognize and request
reasonable accommodations - Advocate for self or others in
challenging situations
